location - steps away from everything I wanted to do and see. The
comfort - best nights sleep in any hotel, ever. Comfortable beds and
down pillows were heavenly. Breakfast - delicious and abundant Room size

The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. We had driven 600 km to see the concert and stay in the city to shop and the ticket co

Very close to the Old City
Staff was very nice and explained all the activities as soon as we reached the hotel include notations on the map. -
The fact that we had a complete kitchen was great, and the separation of the bedroom from the rest of the suite was very nice.
