  Excellent service and very friendly staff. The room was good and clean. Breakfast on the balcony was leisurely and good value. It arrived at the pre requested time. The bed was comfy, towels clean, dressing gowns and slippers provided and all facilities were as described. The b and b is only a short walk to the main attractions. The breakfast was brought to the room. It was yogurt, fresh fruit, and an assortment of breads. Lovely presentation and enough to save some for later. The house is away from the circus atmosphere that is on the hill near the falls which we loved. Also, we arrived quite early and we were able to park our car and walk to the falls until time to check in. It was a very nice location.

  We just stay overnight as we were going there at Fallsview Casino for a concert. Other places were very expensive, as it was weekend. We found this place and was very good for the money. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.
