Property was very beautiful and well maintained. Had an old victorian style elegance about it. House is in an excellent location, close to tourist attractions with a beautiful view of the river just across the road. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and very tidy. Maria is an amazing woman. I was so impressed with her. Very charming and accomodating. There were 3-4 other couples who booked rooms this same weekend, Maria remembered each one of our names and where we were all from. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Bathroom was large enough and the shower was big, very good! Everything was wonderful. Great century old house was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location near the falls with easy access to wine country. Room was very comfortable with closet and private bath. Hostess Helena provided gourmet breakfasts, excellent sightseeing tips, and great conversation.

We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.
