I enjoyed the fact that it was so centrally located to the Whistler Village. Everything was within walking distance and the bus stop was just over the road. The pool and spa were just lovely.
Above all the staff were fantastic. They were always helpful, kind and friendly. My husband regularly called from Australia and he commented how friendly the staff were on the phone.

This is a very comfortable hotel in the middle of Whistler Village. Front desk staff are outstanding....especially Ceri. They are all well-trained, efficient, and know how to make guests feel valued. Located in the city centre. Lovely place, very clean Parking just behind the hotel but with charge. No food service in the lodge but there are many places to go and eat without driving. Grocery store just in front, self laundry service on site, Good restaurants in the area.

Everything. I stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom unit with balcony overlooking the mountains and a small kitchen. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you choose the most suitable activity for you.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. We saved lots of money cooking our own meals at the kitchen of our room.

I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.

The Riverside resort was a great last minute experience that I'm happy to have had. It was a phenomenal price for all the space we were given in the cottages and the staff was very upbeat and helpful. Cab rides to the village were only about $10, and the Junction cafe that's on the lot had wonderful food and lattes. I would definitely go here again!

We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 4. It was by far the best accommodation we had in Canada because of view of the mountain and lake, peaceful environment, having two luxurious rooms and beds and a particularly beautiful and helpful person on the front desk. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and would love to return and spend a number of weeks there.
