  Large comfortable rooms. Ultra clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful indoor pool area with large hot tub. Awesome location in downtown Banff, within walking distance to everything in town. Comments: freindly & helpful staff excellent food (and good value) very comfortable room great pool & steam room most convenient location - the view of the mountains is extraordinary. the conference was in the hotel so easy access. The underground parking and again easy walking access to everything. the sink outside of the bathroom was great as well as the little fridge.

  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

  The place was really well kept, and spacious. great location. - the room had a nice view, the hotel has a great location. There was no luxury but the room had all the comfort.

  The location - very near the Bow River and (just) slightly away from the central bustle of downtown Banff - was convenient and yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.
