hotel rates were triple, the parking was more than double. It was far
more pleasing and without the feeling of being crowded, like the
downtown Hotels are. Toronto is too big, too busy, and too expensive.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very near Pearson Intl Airport. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. 2nd stay at this hotel. Nice room size for 3 adults and 1 child. Select double room, sofa bed in king room is uncomfortable. Secure parking. Close to Pearson airport and 401 highway. Breakfast, but limited choices. Can be good value if booked when a special deal

Free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 min or so. The convenience store next to the reception comes in very handy since there's nothing around you for late night snacks or water. -
The waitress at the restaurant was smart, understood what I might be interested in, made suggestions and was knowledgeable about their food options.

The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). Whatever they use to clean the hotel leaves a damn good smell in the halls and room. In general hotel felt a little oldish but not a problem to me -
Good price and location near the airport and various restaurants including a very good one with bar, on site. Excellent and friendly staff. Also indoor pool where we had our 4 grand children over for a visit and a swim. Towels provided at the pool. The room, linens, bath and bed were all very good. Very good parking. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thanks everyone!

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of

I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited -
