Free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 min or so. The convenience store next to the reception comes in very handy since there's nothing around you for late night snacks or water. -

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). ... co mówią ludzie » fi was slow but ok. Used it mainly for Facetime with my family. Had trouble connecting at certain times of the day. Cleaning and front desk staff were friendly. Whatever they use to clean the hotel leaves a damn good smell in the halls and room. In general hotel felt a little oldish but not a problem to me -
Good price and location near the airport and various restaurants including a very good one with bar, on site. Excellent and friendly staff. Also indoor pool where we had our 4 grand children over for a visit and a swim. Towels provided at the pool. The room, linens, bath and bed were all very good. Very good parking. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thanks everyone!

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of

Loved the comfortable suite,location was good and serene. The hotel was
very clean and close to shopping areas , malls, flea market, fast food
and more up scale restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. I really
enjoyed the complimentary snack bag and the kitchen which included
stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, large microwave
and full six fridge, just awesome!!!

Great that we got an upgrade to two rooms for 2 grand-parents with daughter and her two children.
The lady looking after the breakfast was most accommodating, friendly and went out of her way to look after our family. -
