  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help.   The staff was courteous and willing to help with any matter. The rooms were exceptionally clean and aired before our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and, despite the cold weather, we felt cozy and warm throughout the night. Highly recommended stay and should be ranked far higher than just 2 stars. The staff is very accommodating (thank you for making our stay a most pleasant one!). It is a good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone.
