The facilities were perfect for our needs. The staff was attentive and gracious. We loved the kitchen format that allowed us to eat some of our meals in the room. (There was a grocery store right next door which made that all very convenient, and helped us reduce our spending. The hotel was centrally located and taxis were available at all hours right out the front door. We felt safe and always treated well throughout the city of Porto Alegre.
