I had read the reviews after I had made my booking. I probably would never had booked after reading shoddy reviews.
Well, was I pleasantly suprised!
I stayed with my 15 year old daughter, and were on the 12th floor.
This place ticks all the boxes.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hair drier wasn't working in my room - house keeping replaced it straight away.

Close to Wynyard station
Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!!

We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Royal Pacific Hotel in Lane Cove. Such wonderful value for our family.The housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and even tucked my son's duck into his bed when they remade it. Reception staff also were supremely knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. We were really happy with the apartments. We stayed in a studio- it was
a good size with contemporary decor and furnishings and view to the

Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily.
Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. Parking was close to the room.
The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus. The ability to order food in was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to others as would the kids I am sure. -

Accommodation was value for money as I have a limited budget when travelling for business. Staff were very good and provided an upgrade when original room had some issues. Upgraded room was great, very comfortable and I would stay again in future.

Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with
an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the
apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within
walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I
had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next
year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to
Australia again.
