Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. We loved the grounds and space between the villas, providing privacy, peace and quiet. The beach and indoor pools were great attractions.

The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Lots of lovely paths to explore and the kids loved riding their bikes around the streets of the resort. We played tennis on the courts and played in the playground, even had the bouncy castle up! I have got a family room, which is spacious with a big bathroom. It is clean. The location is at china town, with lots of Asian restaurants and grocery shops. It is walking distance to perth train station and bus stop of free blue cat bus.

If you are looking for 7 star service at a 2 star rate, look no further! This was the most pleasant surprise. Was it not for the excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction by the staff, it would have been a very ordinary stay.

The motel suited our needs very well as we were mainly in Kalgoorlie to be with our family who were staying at Rydges. We just needed a comfortable bed and clean accommodation and in those regards were very happy with Best Western. -

I think there were new beds since my last stay and they were very comfortable.
The food was great, my friend had to order two meals one night as she could not decide and loved both of them particularly the ribs.We also both had the creme brulee and it was divine.
Service from reception was great from air port pick up right through to check out!

The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

I liked the room. It had a bath, not a very large one, but at least it had one.
Restaurant was reasonably priced I thought. The garlic bread served as entrée was yummy!
The meal itself was really nice, although my sisters meal said it was wedges and she got chips and the serving of lasagne was too large.
Getting the complementary glass of house wine, on tap beer or soft drink is a great idea!!
Breakfast was altered to suit our time, which was appreciated.

The trouble that was gone to for our infant i.e. porta cot already set up in our room with a small set of towels and eco soap even though we didn't have to pay for him. I loved the location. This hotel was right around the corner from a number of malls. The walkways to Northbridge (the cultural district) were very close.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet.
