Having not stayed here before, we had no expectations. The pictures don't do the place justice. Excellent location 2 minutes from the beach and an easy drive to the Margaret River wineries. Well appointed and comfortable. Very clean. We will stay here from now on when touring the area.

Helen was very very kind to accommodate our late arrival and the house was nothing but cozy and lovely. The bathroom was cleaned and well stocked, and her home made breakfast was one of the best meals we have eaten in Perth. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful room. Because two bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom the owners didnt take a booking for the second bedroom on the night I was staying.
Very comfortable.

Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.

The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great. The upstairs living space with the tv was a great addition to the downstairs living room. Overall it was a very relaxing place to stay. -
