I was very impressed I could book in at 11am and out my luggage in. Then my daughter snd i could get straight yo the royal easter show .Parking was very convenient. Bed was so comfortable. Have since recommended ibis to many people -

So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities. I am already planning on staying there next time I'm in oz. -

The value for money (less than $80 a night), ease of access from freeway
(we were in transit to Wagga Wagga). The double bed was very comfortable
and the bed linen nicely crisp and clean. Towels also clean. Room nicely
presented. Windows open a fraction. Remember this is a Budget hotel and

* Free fridge was included (I personally never knew F1 [ibis] even offered a bar fridge for $5 per night, but was free so wasn't complaining)

I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. Having stayed here when it was Formule 1 i have to say the beds are so much more comfy. Also it was good that there was a bar fridge in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast area was also appreciated

I had a great time at Chatswood Inn. I can't say much about the room itself (it's OK but nothing special), but it was perfectly clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is quite close to Chatswood train station, which is about 15 minutes from the city center on a frequently served train line.

It was very off putting from the outside. A house that had been turned in to a "hotel."

The location is absolutely great but the wonderful and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude of the staff (management and housekeeping) was really refreshing. They made a basic hotel feel really welcoming, comfortable and like 'home'. If they could do anything to help, then they did and always with a smile. I loved it. -
