Very helpful. Rooms were basic but all you need was there.close to convenience stores and there's a nice thai restaurant across. A bit far from circular quay but next to free shuttle bus service. Arrive quite early but staff manage to get me in my room which was amazing after a 15hrs flight. Clean room and bathroom.was able to leave my luggage for a few days.   The hotel has a rather European feeling to it; the reception area and breakfast room are small and efficient, and our room was of adequate size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were unfailingly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

It makes us want to come back t - Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early. Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would choose again.

  The room was small but was always kept very clean. The hotel is in a quite location and it is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which was very handy. The breakfast was great. George, the proprietor, was a great host. He knows all his guests by name and is always willing to assist.   I like very much this backpackers. It is located near from several tourist places of city as Opera House and Botanic gardens Walk.
