We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. Really friendly and helpful staff to match expectations for a boutique hotel. The 24hour coffee shop is great, and there are some really great eateries very close by as well. The location is excellent - one block to Town Hall train station, Market Street/Westfield shopping etc. The room was spotless. -

Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early.
Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very
very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other
post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in
the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would
choose again.

Channel 7 Prime studios, one of our highlights was seeing the crew from Sunrise in Martin Place. bistro in complex which served lovely big meals at a great price. The Roast beef was beautiful, and the wedges were in a huge bowl!! also convenience store close by. airport shuttle organised and suitcases stored all day. friendly staff.

Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily.
Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

away. We were given a late checkout 11am on request. The parking was

Great location. If you want to get the airport train and have suitcases
then consider getting off at St James instead of Museum station if you
don't want to lug cases up loads of steps. St James station is not
far and has a lift. We had a very large, modern, comfortable family room
with qs bed, two singles and a small lounge, dining table & chairs.
The beds were really comfortable and the decor lovely. The breakfast
provided was basic but all we needed.

Accommodation was value for money as I have a limited budget when travelling for business. Staff were very good and provided an upgrade when original room had some issues. Upgraded room was great, very comfortable and I would stay again in future.

Excellent appartment with everything you need - including a washing machine. Large and very nice rooms. The hotel is in the middle of the city - ten minutes walk to the Circular Quay and five minutes walk to the mall and all the shopping opportunities. Darling Harbour is also close.
Staff is very service minded.
