size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the
staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were

The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.

The room was small but was always kept very clean. The hotel is in a quite location and it is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which was very handy. The breakfast was great. We like the owners and found we had a lot in common. The room was larger
than expected and we were quite comfortable for our four nights. George
and family also provide your choice of a great breakfast. The location
was good, we walked to the harbour and only took transit a couple of
time but the hotel was easy for using bus or train.

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with
everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free
internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check
in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a
double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we
ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room.

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were really accommodating and efficient, couldn't fault the service at all. The guy on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful and pleasant. Also really handy for the train station and during the day there were some pretty cool little cafes around.

It was so close to all the hustle and bustle in the Cross. The nightlife is amazing. Getting back to my comfortable room was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and obliging. I will be staying again! -

staff were excellent. manny in the restaurant downstairs was great + rooftop dining a rare treat. Fresh food market across the road is perfectly paired to the kitchenette in the rooms.
