  Such a great location - everything was walking distance (shops restaurants bars). Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Felt like a chalet almost! Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable.

  The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. Walking distance of most of the main attractions, and a subway ride from everywhere else. The nearest tube station is a few minutes walk - The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The owners were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a good shower. I loved the respect they had shown the beautiful old building. It's a great place to stay in San Telmo - gracias

  I like feeling as if I'm a part of a family rather than a room number. They all took time to get to know me and it was greatly appreciated. - Very charming with a family atmosphere. Very pleasant rooms including a patio area. We enjoyed our stay with Livian.

  The best thing about the hotel was its location. The room was great, and so was the Service. Very efficient and polite staff. I would definitely reccomend it and would go back in the future

  The hotel was nice and convenient. The exchange rate at the hotel was fair. We did have an episode when picked up at the airport. The driver that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after we made it clear to him where we were going. Another driver was suppose to pick us up but after 45 minutes we caught a taxi. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great. Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping. Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!) Great value for money.
