Such a great location - everything was walking distance (shops restaurants bars). Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Felt like a chalet almost! Location is fantastic! That best thing about this hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable.

The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great.
Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping.
Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!)
