And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother, because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for, which is cheap, and that's the point.

  For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there.   Boerum Hill is a great alternative to staying in Manhattan. We were travelling for a friends wedding in the area and probably wouldn't have considered it before but definitely would again. We stayed in the top floor, two bedroomed apartment which gave us much more flexibility than you would have in a hotel room. Free WiF - Having previously paid a small fortune to stay in cramped dingy hotels rooms in Manhattan, we decided to try this as an alternative. It was a great decision. You get so much more for your money, in terms of space and facilities. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We were in a guest house but had total independence and freedom. The very helpful manager was available at specified times but left us to ourselves unless we initiated contact. The area has plenty bars and restaurants nea
