  I like the friendliness of the staff. Check in & out were very smooth. My request was fulfilled & even can check in earlier than chk in time. Really happy for it.   The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The linens were magnificent and the bath products were luxurious. Loved these products so much that I have purchased them thru the internet. The work out room has high quality and variety of equipment. The internet is hi speed and reliable. This hotel is next to IH610 however, the - A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion. The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment). Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.
