The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and excellent, good location near the city and the mall. The breakfast added bonus, fresh coffee and newpapers. Will recommend and definitely go back with my family. I was able to be informed that I could check in a little earlier than planned. That was a big plus for me. The staff was friendly. The hotel was beautiful and close to the galleria for shopping.

The entrance was on an alley way that seemed a little dodgy for a single woman to be walking down alone at night. the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. both to sit on or sleep on. The Breackfast area needs to open earlier than 7am. Like everything. difficult to find initially down an alley behind another hotel. The hotel restaurant was horrible, we went down to get a bite, the food took forever, it came out burnt and totally over priced. fold-out sofa bed with bar across your back. ?Hot-tub was not hot. The cost of parking. Cashier at breakfast was rude. The bed. high price for parking. Averagely good. Breakfast, view, broken elevators, paying for parking. The price could be a lil cheaper plus parking was to high i feel the guest shoudnt have to pay for parking.. Breakfast not included Had to change room because first room smelled funny and sheets had stains on them. Parking was way over the top. Our room was on the 7th floor where they were doing repairs utilizing blowing machines that were on all day! It was noisy! Our room, 714, was right in the mist of all of the chaos! Very upsetting and uncomfortable. I believe that is why the room rate was discounted.
