We appreciated the professionalism of the staff.Upon arrival there was a dog barking all the time in the adjacent room.We were allowed to change rooms,but..on that floor there was a private party going on with a lot of noise the whole night.The next morning when we mentioned it,the staaf was so kind to give us a rebate on our hotel bill.End good,a

right inside the mall, Galleria is an awsome mall, lots of good stores, the room was very big, bed really good, tons of storage,helpful,friendly staff. free parking and internet. hotel restaurant yummy every time!

I like the friendliness of the staff. Check in & out were very smooth. My request was fulfilled & even can check in earlier than chk in time. Really happy for it. Location of the hotel is just infront of the Galleria. The room is huge. -

The Staff were very nice, helpful, cordial and gave me a nice chocolate cake for my Birthday.
The rooms were comfortable and the daily breakfast was really good.
Located near the Galleria shopping complex.
Overall it was an excellent experience. -

The staff was very helpful, and courteous. The room was well laid out,
clean and very comfortable. This is clearly the best hotel I have stayed
in Houston. I enjoyed it much better than the other "higher
branded" hotels near the galleria area. -

I really loved the layout and the scenery of the hotel! I only stayed one night but I did book this hotel again for the following weekend! Everything was perfect! Especially if your alone and was meeting someone there :) this will be my first choice when visiting Houston most definitely! -
