The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks! -

The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from. The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to
shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk
staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our
room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took
good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water
in the lobby!) -
quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

I liked especially the staff in front desk.
arrived at 6:30 pm of the day Thursday 28 the person attended me I do not remember her name she is using lent and short hair light dark skin .
she gave me a room at the end of the hallway had to walk a lot . and I can not walk much I call her and she changed my room close to the elevator I apologize for

Location, location, location! We were one block off Michigan Avenue,
which did help cut down on some street noise; and, we were steps away
from Trader Joe's, Luxe Cafe, Homegoods, Nordstrom Home,
Lawry's, Pizzeria Due, and all the beautiful Michigan Avenue stores.
Just a quick walk to the Michigan Ave bus stops, too! $7 Taxi fare to
the Bank of America theatre.

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm
still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom

Loved it! Stylish hotel, modern, clean room. Phenomenal service from all
hotel staff- the front desk personnel were particularly friendly and
helpful. Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map
quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I
wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast
was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to
information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!

The hotel lies in the middle of the down town in a fairly safe area near to almost all of the attractions of the city and within a walking distance from the blue line subway which goes directly to the airport. Clean linens and fresh room. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I got caught up on some much-needed sleep. The breakfast was delish - especially the country gravy with sausage! Also, they had a pancake maker that was fun to use. The concierge gave me some good restaurant recommendations and knew the immediate area well.
