I loved that the room was nicely sized for our family of 4. There was
plenty of room for us to spread out in the room so we didn't feel
like we were right on top of each other. The bathroom was huge, with his
and hers sinks and a separate room for the shower, bath tub and toilet.

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are
immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the
intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well
spoken. The food from the hotels' restaurant Hoytes was finger
lickin good! The location is the best, easy walk to Mag mile, millennium
park and even to the field museum and aquarium. And great places to eat
any meal of the day surround this beauty of a hotel. Thanks to hotel 71

The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented
candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.

Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.
