The location is one of the best in all of Gatlinburg... close enough to walk to every attraction Gatlinburg has to offer.. but far enough away to really enjoy the sound of rushing water of stream from large balcony.

Big nice rooms, good price for space, loved the creek, smoking allowed on balconies. Appreciate toilet paper & paper towels. Convenient walking distance to parkway.
Incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms with a balcony view of the river. A wonderful place to stay that was spacious and had a 'home' feel to it.
We were a family of 11 with one small child. We rented 2 of the 2
bedroom condos and was very pleased. They were roomy and suited our
needs perfectly.
I loved the convenience to town, being so close to the river, easy to find, the nice décor and cleanliness.
The accomodations were spacious and comfortable. Also it was nicely decorated with up to date appliances.
Beautiful view of the mountain streams, quite/peaceful place. location was great. Reasonably priced.

It was spacious.
The rooms were just a bit dated. Nothing bad but a update on furniture would make this a perfect stay.
The only negative was that the furniture, although in great condition, was a bit dated. Felt like it was 1995 again but still a nice 1995 house!.
Wifi would not stay on. Office hours very limited so you could not get help for extra sheets, to help with wifi, questions, etc.
When it rained a lot, the toilets emitted a sewer odor that at times became a bit unbearable, but I don't believe that Park Place has any control over the sewer lines.
Would have been nice to have had a tv in the guest bedroom and the tv
channels were very limited.
That there was no blender, hot water for the shower or sink, and the master bedroom toilet did not flush. And the smell of cigarette smoke coming from other people's balconies made it hard to sit on our balcony and leave the porch door open. Also kind of pricey.

The water pressure in the showers could have been better.
Slow hot water response, TV's need to be upgraded. Beds a little firm.
The only thing I did not like was that the guest bedroom did not have a tv.
Hot tub was broken.
Several things were not working in the condo---microwave, DVD player, hot tub was not up and running, etc.
To many little kids using pool and spa. But thats about it.
Need TV in guest room.
The Wifi was terrible.
Nothing all was great.
That we got charged a cleaning fee and then their rules said for us to
take our garbage to the dumpster, if we are doing the cleaning, there
should be no fee it dosn't cost that much to run vacuum.
