Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clean. We loved the location, we could leave the car parked and walk. The rooms were soundproof - did not hear doors closing or people in the hallway. Excellent location, great room with spa. Very comfortable and perfect for exploring the Smoky Mountains. Position was good for the town. Hated the pillows. The a/c in the room we stayed in was noisy when we had it on high, but running it on low kept us comfortable.
