  Loved the location and the room was great! My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I really wish we booked our room here before our trip to New York (we spent three days in Boston, three days in New York and came back to Bosto... hva folk sier » n for our flight back home). I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to - Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one (short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton, and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very pleasan

  For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Do upgrade to a junior suite with a cityview, It gave us a cornerroom with a 150 degree wiew abling us to se the whole of the winter sunrise while getting up in the morning. Wow!   The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. I also liked that there was a fridge ..coffee maker..and microwave in the room. We also called several places on the list and they deliver free of charge or for a small fee. - Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options (would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
