  Loved the location and the room was great! My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to - Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one (short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton, and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very pleasan

  The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
