  We stayed for 1 night in Aug 08 at Jesmonds to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both loved everything about the hotel and the restaurant and unlike other reviews thought it was very good value for what we had.   We really enjoyed our stay the rooms are lovely. There was nothing we could fault and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did try to email prior to our visit but I think the web site has a fault they might like to look into this as it might affect their bookigs. - Excellent accommodation, excellent food and service, and excellent friendly ... hva folk sier » staff. I would stop again at this Hotel at the same time next year.

  I arrived late and left very early the next morning, the staff could not have been more helpful. They made up a breakfast pack for me to take away - The cleanliness of the place and the high level facilities.
