  Was greeted in a friendly manner. The room was fantastic, not only verypretty, practical and well laid out but very clean and very tidy. Thehotal was in beautiful surroundings with an air of tranqility and itreally was a relaxing stay. The facilities were great and there was agames room there suitable for bot children and adults.   We stayed at Benson house with our 2 young daughters and our parents. Suzanne welcomed us with a smile and showed us around. She is really amazing, she gave us tips for visiting Bath and even let us park our car at her house when we drove to Batheaston. The apartment design is very modern and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. We - Thankyou to Suzanne for an extremely pleasant stay. The apartment was luxurious, clean and well appointed. Box is a pretty and delightful village and only 6 miles from Bath, making it a more restful and quiet stay. Apartment is ideal for 4 adults or 2 adults + children. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom supplies of good quality toiletries appreciated. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Suzanne was a pleasure to meet, friendly and helpful, and we easily felt we could have sat do

  Everything. I cannot fault the facilities, we had a very relaxing, comfortable, enjoyable stay. The location was great, we just needed some instruction from the owner on how to get there but it was very easy. A great location with cafe's and restaurants in walking distance. Warren was fantastic and we were made to feel at home. A perfect place to relax with great links to the surrounding areas.
