The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

After a few City hotels this was a breath of fresh air and gave us the relaxing vacation we needed. The rooms were very large, the beds so comfortable, hard to wake up for the delicious breakfast that was included. Dinner options available and certainly worth reserving the food was amazing. Can't decide on deserts, well go for their mini desert option - get to sample them all..... we were made to feel at home by the owners and the staff were super and so helpful. We loved it.

After a very long day exploring Bath we arrived quite late and tired, but we were welcomed like old friends, made to feel very much at home. The room was tastefully decorated , clean and spacious. breakfast was excellent and even a request for extra toast was met with a friendly smile. The gardens are classic english cottage style and add to the restful atmosphere. Just a great place to stay.

The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves! Staff were friendly and approachable and provided good service. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. I had a very comfortable bed with lovely pillows which meant I slept really well. The from was a good size and clean with a well stocked complimentary basket, made a nice change to have plenty of milk and tea bags.
