  Everything about this hotel was excellent,and I have never seen so muchfood for breakfast,the staff were great.i would def recomend thishotel,infact I have booked again for 2 weeks time and this time bringingthe kids 10/10 - The location is ideal as it is close to other services,shopping ,eating out and the movies.   The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the meal in the restaurant was excellent and the hotel throughout is furnished to a high standard. The bedroom was very well furnished, spaceous, with a large comfortable bed. Very nicely decorated bathroom. The hotel is in a beautiful village which is lovely to walk around. Unfortunately the best one can say about most hotels is that service was indifferent.. The Old Bell set the standard. They could not have done it better. Obviously thought and a lot of hard work to achieve what they have. The restauraunt was outstanding as well. We are normally a tough bunch to please!

  The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves! Fantastic. The staff are friendly and cheerful.

  The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture. Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less. Breakfast was nice, quit... hva folk sier » e a lot of choice and the resturant had a nice relaxed atmosphere. - Very friendly and professional staff, were polite and forthcoming with information to make our stay more enjoyable. Payment was quick and efficient and more importantly correct. Quiet location, great facilities. Good value meal for a saturday night.
