  My family liked everything about this accommodation. Especially the warm welcome and the small added touches that the owner thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. - Really liked the room, was very quaint and comfy.

  Location was perfect for what I wanted to do. Room was a perfect size. Other hotels could not compete with the price I got. - Very comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Excellent menu, well prepared food. Very pleasant grounds.

  We came in this hotel for the second time. As we returned it means that we like this hotel very much. The people are véry kind en trying to fulfill all our wishes at any time.   I came from USA for the Service of Blessing in St. Mary's. I just loved the whole of the Ickworth estate. It was great to be able to see the work done on the church and graveyard and be able to see where my family are buried. See the monument and where monument cottage stood. I hope to come again. - The food was incredible, the room was amazing... hva folk sier » , the staff were all really friendly & helpful & the location was stunning. Will be back

  Nice spacious rooms, very budget concious good value, everything there that you needed, staff very helpfull, even bringing food up to our rooms for us (6 old ladies) food from that winebar itself very good, also very good value as was the all you can eat breakfast from an adjoining restaurant - After 6weeks traveling around Britian and France the... hva folk sier » wine lodge was the best accommodation we have had and we have stayed in all manor of accommodation from b& b to Hilton chain hotels which by the way at Maidstone was by far the worst accommodation
