  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Staff was accomodating and understanding as we had our daughter with us. The staff switched rooms to make us more comfortable. Hot breakfast was a real treat. - Great hotel, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast! Wehave stasyed here several times before and are never disappointed, wewill be back.

  The hotel is only 20min drive from Cambridge, and although we worried about the car park, it is right in front of the hotel and very easy to access. Because we arrived on Sat after 4pm, we did not have to pay either. The hotel is very clean and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.   Very friendly staff A/C in the room (though noisy) was great in the warmer weather Good size bathroom - Bed very comfortable, clean and tidy. Nice staff.

  Staff were really attentive, efficient and friendly. I left an item of clothing behind and the hotel offered to post it to me straight away Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Venue perfect for shopping and lovely to have a waterfront view at breakfast time. Rooms very comfortable. - Good location and car parking. The staff moved our room and offered compensation - we declined the kind offer since it was not the fault of the hotel.
