  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.... hva folk sier » Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money.   Nice welcome on arrival. Good sized room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our room was on the road side of the building and as it was a warm night we needed the window open. Noise from the traffic was quite loud. Decided to eat in the restaurant and I'm so glad we did. What a fantastic dinner! Exceptionally well presented and superb to eat. The staff - The staff. The General Manager (Gerry) and/or Neil were often present to ensure that the needs of our group of 8 "mature gentlemen" were catered for. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We all enjoyed the breakfast and dinner experiences. Thanks to the staff for helping to make a great rugby weekend - despite the result of the big match! We'll be back!

  I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menuand service.
