I appreciated the fact that loads of towels and toiletries were provided although we were both single occupancy in double rooms, often you dont get very much as a single traveller!!

The country house was set in a very peaceful & tranquil location. We used it for access to the tank museum. There is a train line close by but it didn't bother us. The 4 of us were in room number 4. The staff at Kemps were wonderful. I was poorly on one night of our stay
there and they went out of their way to do whatever they could for me.
Nothing was too much trouble over the 3 nights we were there. We were
called to ask if we wanted breakfast on Monday morning incase we had
forgotten the change in time from weekend to weekdays. Agnes was
wonderful!!!! All members of the team were helpful and friendly - cannot
rate them highly enough :)

The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of lovely home-made produce such as the warm breakfast muffins and jams. Very friendly owners, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. As a veggie it is a luxury to have soya milk provided in the room and options for breakfast (which was excellent, as was the full English) We only stayed one night so didn't have time to use the spa facilities but would definately return for a longer stay and make use then.

The owners were very warm and welcoming, the room was very comfortable (and quiet), and the breakfast was excellent (and served in a very nice dining room). WiFi access was reasonably fast too. I'd had a long day before arriving (I drove from York in mostly foggy conditions) but the next morning I felt fully refreshed for the day ahead. -

Honeycombe Cottage was an absolute joy to look at and stay in. The hosts were extremely welcoming (dog included) and the whole experience was immensely enjoyable. The location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Bovington Museum, which was the reason for our stay. Also, not many miles away, as we discovered is Lulworth Cove, such a sweet place to take a stroll around on a warm evening. We would have loved to take a look at Durdle Door, but this will have to wait for another time.
