Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom.
Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -

The staff were lovely and helpful, we felt welcome from the start of our short break to the end. We booked the small double bedroom as it was such a good price, and it was extremely well thought out with a nice view of the gardens as a bonus. It is in the best location, next to the shops, beach and gardens. Lovely breakfast too. -

Emma the receptionist & Nicki the waitress were huge ambassadors for this hotel. We arrived at about 7.40pm which was 20 minutes after the dining room was due to close. Emma went and saw Nicki and organised that we would still get a meal, then she used a short cut for me to bring our luggage in from the back car park and stored it in reception so we could go and eat, talk about above and beyond, this was service of the highest order. We both liked the beach front location and all the maze of streets in
Weymouth, there are a good selection of reasonable restaurants within
walking distance of the hotel. The hotel did there best to help with
parking as Weymouth is no at all easy to find parking.The hotel is very
old clean and a maze of corridor's with small staircases up and down
all over the place they do have a lift but you will still have to
navigate a few stairs. All in all be had a very pleasant stay great
value for money
