  All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We cannot praise them enough!   Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The tower and tower bridge and the river is about 10-15 minutes walk. Room was clean, everything in order. Ac is great and sound isolation from the street noises worked perfectly.   The quirkiness; if you don't like quirky then don't stay here! The staff were young, helpful and keen to make our stay a pleasant one. We chose a room without a window which was fine for 1 night. The hand made bed was awesome (spend money on your bed and shoes as if you're not in one you're in the other). The choice of lighting in the room was ... hva folk sier » good also.   Hotel is around 15 minutes walking from London bridge underground and rail station. Two bus stops are within 2 minutes walking distance. Immediatly infront there is a small supermarket and a pizzaria, but nothing else. The hotel itself and the rooms are as always with premier inn branches very clean, comfortable, decent sized with a friendly and h... hva folk sier » elpfull staff. The thyme restaurant offers good breakfast at a reasonable price as well as other meals over the day. Two vending machines are availabl - The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay).   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and all of them! Loved the location so near the Millennium Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other direction to Tower Bridge. Only had to wait for a table once (out of three - The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
