Checking in was quick and easy, guy who served me was very helpful and polite.
Room was lovely and of a decent size: two double bedrooms (ours had a lovely view of River Mersey), one main bathroomm, one en suite and a large kitchen/diner/living room area again with great views of Mersey and Cathedral.
Right on Kings Dock, easy access to nightlife around Liverpool (which is why we booked). And great for spending time in Liverpool the following day.

We all absolutely loved the apartment. Everyone commented that it was nicer than where they live! I would definitely return. We were there for my Hen Do. with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and,
inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%
of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.
