LetsBookHotel.com hadde sviktet med tilbakemelding til hotellet om vår booking. Heldigvis hadde jeg tatt ut på booking bekreftelsen på en papirkopi som jeg brukte på hottellet. Denne situasjonen tok personalet i resepsjonen på en svært god måte og gav oss meget god oppfølging. - Helt spesielle Beatles atmosfæren! Veldig moderne hotell, flunke nytt!

The staff were helpful, room was nice, kitchen was fully equipped, perfect location, brilliant value for money, breakfast included in price, free computers/internet, stayed in 6 bed dorm and was very happy with the shared shower/toilet, towels provided, interior was not hostel like -more like a hotel, everything was great! -
