  Location! It is located at just 5 minute-walk from victoria station ....so very handy if you do not have enough time. Located in Belgravia, it is just the perfect place to explore Chelsea and Kensington...if you fancy walking there is no need to travel by tube. I travelled with my wife and an 11-month old baby son and staff was really nice and hel... hva folk sier » pful. They provided us a confortable baby cot and helped us with baby food. Breakfast is really excellent! Plus when you come back from visiting Lond - good location near to Victoria. small hotel but has all the amenities needed. really friendly and helpful staff. breakfast certainly different experience, sitting in the cooking area. no tea or coffee in rooms but free hot drinks and bottled water in reception.

  The staff were friendly and helpful Particularly Daniella. We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. She also prepared our evening meal for us She is a lovely caring and efficient young lady and is prepared to go ... hva folk sier » the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay at her place of employment The b and b is clean and has excellent facilities good rang - The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf
