difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every

The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf.
nice staff on check-in and check-out. the location was fantastic - only 3 mins walk from victoria station, nice bars and cafes in the vicinity and in easy reach of the palace and park. was great to have food and drinks provided for breakfast. we had a room at the back and was very surprised at how quiet it was for a city-centre location. would definately recommend and would love to rerurn.
excellent quiet location few minutes walk from Victoria station, easy walking access to central London and parks, simple breakfast, coffee, fridge and microwave in the room, clean, friendly and helpful staff 24/7. We were positively surprised with heating on (in cold May) and very comfortable bed.
Clean, comfortable, good facilities, big bed. The kitchen area had everything I could want and the amount of food left was really generous (for 1 person!) but would have been quite adequate for breakfast for 2. I will certainly come back.
Very friendly and accommodating staff; quiet street but close to all amenities; fridge / microwave / kettle to make own breakfast and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable, a bit like staying at a friend's house rather than an hotel.
The apartment entrance was like Harry Potter's, door under the staircase - suited well to our HP trip. Very cosy and warm. Quiet, nice street just nearby the Victoria station. Good restaurants very close. Lovely little private "garden".
Location was great for seeing many London sights. Also close to Victoria Station. We had a room at the back of the building which meant it was so quiet. We woke to the sounds of the birds not traffic. It had everything we needed.
It was so comfortable to have an entire flat to yourself. The owner Azeem is very helpful, and this will definitely be my choice for accomodation in London. Nice neighbourhood, nice cleanliness and overall a good experience.
The location was excellent. Both for travel to and from with train/bus very close and also for getting to the tourist spots. Easy walking distance to trafalger square, buckingham palace, hyde park, the eye, etc.
Very close to Victoria but in a quiet side street. Continental breakfast all provided in the room was good. Everything clean and to a good standard. Will use this place again if the rates remain competitive.
In spite of being located near Victoria Station, the surroundings were quiet and noiseless.
At the same time, location gave many possibilities for transportation to/in/from London, and places to eat and buy.
The location was fantastic. We were only 5 mins walk from Victoria
station and the Westend shows. Kitchenette with continental breakfast
was very convenient and great value for money. Free wifi throughout.
We were a group of 6 adults travelling together on a holiday. We found
the location was good, the breakfast excellent, staff very helpful and
friendly. Prompt attention to some complaints we had.
Location is good close to Victoria Station and in the heart of Belgravia but this does mean it is not budget. Staff were accomodating and helpful. We're happy to recommend to other travellers.
Great Location - close to Victoria tube and coach station.
Ability to open windows for fresh air. The occasional noise from street traffic did not bother me.
Would definitely stay here again.
Position 5 minutes from Victotia station is perfect for seeing London.and il also reasonably quiet .
The room is lovely and you are completely autonomous for coming and going when you like.
The unit that we had (#23) was well maintained , clean and crisp , our in room supplied breakfast was always fresh , and of reasonable quality. The staff was very helpful and friendly .
For one night away the ,studio was perfect . Very close to the coach station , with plenty of eating places near by . The quantity of different things for breakfast was excellant .
Good small apartment in a very good location. Close to London attractions and Victoria station for travel throughout London and the Gatwick Express.
Location, location, location....was perfect for everything we could ask for including transport, and attractions. Will definitely be coming back.
not a chain hotel- lots of character-
location
bathroom modern and immaculate
convenient set up, mini fridge stocked with breakfast for morning.
Excellent location, staff lovely, very friendly and welcoming, studio spotless and equiped with everything you need. Will definatly stay again.
Room very spacious and had everything we needed. Bed large and very comfortable.
Excellent location and friendly staff.
very helpful staff
great breakfast
fab location for Chelsea flower show, king's road and Sloane square.
Self contained and within a few blocks walking distance of city attractions. Quiet with good security.
Well situated for Chelsea Flower Show
Liked the location
Liked being able to cater for ourselves.
Nice room & bathroom, everything new, fridge with daily breakfast, microwave & kettle.
The homly athmosphere, the service and the location. Ottimo, I will stay
again next time.
clean and friendly atmosphere, breakfast in the room, and water all included.
Great to have the freedom of making and taking breakfast in own room.
Great location and good facilities. Staff most helpful and friendly.
Clean & Tidy, great location, good price.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Central location, helpful staff.
Good location well equipped.
location. staff, value.

love the mircowave!.
Location
Price.
Good location.
Location.
Location was great, within walking distance of trains, hop on/off bus, attractions. Nice safe area. Continental breakfast in fridge in room. Adequate sized room and bathroom.
Excellent staff, very responsive to our asks.
The location to be a tourist in London is fabulous.
The bathroom is quite acceptable.
Relatively large accommodation. Pleasant staff on departure (different
staff member to arrival).
Brilliant location. Friendly staff., very helpful. Good to have breakfast etc supplied daily.
Location
Access to transport.
Great location.
The stairs would pose a problem for seniors but staff will assist if
required with luggage.
Stuidio rooms are no good if you have trouble with stairs as there is no lift. And it is 3 levels up. No aircon. But a fan is supplied.
only minor gripe was the lack of a mirror near a plug-point in the bedroom for drying/straightening hair.
bit pricey, but for this location in London probably in the range.
My room faced directly on to the road, which I found very noisy, (but I do live in the country which is very quiet.) The Wifi signal was better some evenings than others.
The milk was long life so we bought our own fresh for the next day.
Rooms were low, can be uncomfortable if u are tall.
Nothing.
The rooms got a bit too warm, with no posibility of turning it down. There was noice from the street on friday and saturday night.
The room was a bit cramped for space but was tidy and in good condition. Value for the price.
Would have been nice to have some means of heating pain au chocolat and croissant since only a bread toaster and a microwave seem to be provided.
The breakfast facilities were rather small and a bit uncomfortable. Normal height table and chairs would have been better.
The studios got very warm and had to leave the window open at all times.
This was fine as Studios@82 is located on a quiet street.
One of the rooms had a very bad mattress which couldnt be addressed
because it was at the weekend however the staff were able to transfer
one couple to another room. We were all given access to breakfast and
the one couple also received a discount for their inconvenience. At the
end of the day I believe the price related more to the location than the
facilities but we accepted the price at the time of booking.
Our room was a little cramped with a step down to the bathroom, not a problem for us but maybe if you are mobility impaired.
As there is no lift, I would have appreciated help with carrying my heavy suitcase down from 2nd floor.
Nothing.
We felt that face cloths should be part of the towels . There never seemed to be any.
We were at the very top of the building = alot of stairs to climb.Otherwise nothing to grumble about .
Nothing.
lots of authentic character: no a/c, no elevator and London was in a heat wave
check in procedure confusing.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Host and community room was a few doors down the street but this was not a problem.
Bed mattress was very soft.
a small fridge hidden away in an unventilated cupboard, potential hazard!.
Top floor - no lift, small room.
Nothing.
room size.
the second day we didnot have water and juice for breakfast. The front side was quite noisy.
noise from the outside in the early morning.
Small space, no lift.
No air conditioning, no lift-elevator and small rooms.
My room was on 3rd floor up narrow steps. Not a problem, but good to be aware of this. Room was hot (summer), and noisy as overlooked busy street. There were fans in the room but needed the window open. Heavy winter doona - a top sheet would have been nice. Never thought to ask for one though so may have been a solution.
The bedroom is STARK with no lamps, no mirrors needed for use of a hair dryer which cannot be plugged in the bathroom. No clock anywhere and the flooring looks and feels dirty even though it is probably.
Prepackaged fridge-cold continental breakfast/UHT
Milk/Concentrated orange juice/One Iron and Ironing board
between 4-5 flats (like a student house)/Sullen staff on arrival.
All for £135. If I wasn't claiming the money back on expenses I
would be seriously unhappy. I repeat: uht milk.
Very small room, we are two small people and still found it cramped.
no mirrors in room only in bathroom. We had to go out and buy a travel mirror, no full lengh mirror at all.
Stairs and not being advised that you will have to carry luggage up a number of floors.
Cupboard space to small.
Noise from the street outside.
