My room was very nice - included a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. It was a single room with a single bed - exactly what I needed - no space wasted.   The accommodation was immaculate, good location very central, was a little noisy due to being in center of town. No car parking but car park only about 5 mins walk away cost £12 per day to park.   The hotel is very well situated and the facilities are very good value for money. The restaurant offered a good choice of dishes which were good value.   Lovely large room with huge bathroom, the freestanding bath was a really nice feature, the only problem being inadequate lighting in the bedroom area - lovely lamps etc but I couldn't see what I was getting out of my case properly!!. Yes, the stairs are a bit of a nightmare (certainly get you puffing), but they wouldn't stop me staying here again... hva folk sier » .   The Kennard is absolutely exceptional!! It was by far the best place we stayed in during a 10 days trip to London and South-England. The extremely friendly owners run the hotel by creating a very warm and welcoming athmosphere. The rooms are nicely designed, absolutely clean and offer loads of space and storing facilities. The place is situated in - The location so close to the city centre. Wonderful choice of teas & filter coffees accompanied breakfast each morning. As well as a choice of three different fresh fruit juices. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.
