  The location is ideal for Hammersmith Apollo and very easy to get to. We received a warm welcome - even though they had no record of our booking from letsbookhotel.com - luckily they had vacancies and as I had my reservation e-mail they were able to honour the price paid.The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet. Br - The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

  Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so they weren't expecting us. Little Tip, if you plan - Good location Restaurants nearby if you are too tired to get to the Soho and other fashion places in the evening Very nice service and everyone in the hotel was helpful, customer oriented making you always feel an important guest. Breakfast is really good and quantity wise is perfect before a long day walk. Quiet room really appreciated (we asked for it as suggested in different forums)

A bit hot late evening as due to the hotel's location the air-conditioning has to be switched off over night. We rang reception and asked for a fan and it was delivered to our room within 5 mins. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, and the decor and cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent.

  Jeg ble oppgradert til Suite. Det var et flott rom, men det lå i kjelleren.. - Et meget forekommende personale, hyggelig og smilende; følte oss meget vel ivaretatt fra første øyeblikk. Matsalen ( Rose Garden) var meget innbydende; maten god, fint anrettet og ganske rimelig. Roomservice utmerket.

  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. - The staff were so nice and very helpfull... hva folk sier » . they gave an excellent service. The hotel is so near the tube station, it was excellent. The food was also excellent in this hotel. we felt very safe staying here. We will def be back.
