The location is ideal for Hammersmith Apollo and very easy to get to. We received a warm welcome - even though they had no record of our booking from letsbookhotel.com - luckily they had vacancies and as I had my reservation e-mail they were able to honour the price paid. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet. The pub is an old Victorian one which has been refurbished with modern touches to a very high standard - we loved the comfortable bar area and the atmosphere. Br. alle vurderinger »
The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.
Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Loved the room - it was really different but worked well as did all the little extra touches. Staff really helpful and welcoming. Dinner was superb and just a shame I was still full up in the morning and couldn't eat all my breakfat which was perfect in every way.
Great find. We stayed here for two days following the Paul Weller gig at
Hammersmith Apollo - fantastic gig (Ronnie Wood appeared on stage for a
jam on the encore!! - amazing!!). Hotel is in a good location and staff
were fantastic. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished. Would
stay again.
The rooms were clean and very well designed, The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the room were very well thought out and presented. The building was well maintained and had a good vibe. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
Friendly staff, good sized room which was clean and perfect for one night business trip, nice relaxed bar with a selection of real ales/ largers and a good breakfast included in the deal.
10 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube stations also restaurants and bars nearby.
Traditional but trendy English pub. Great to stay in pub style accommodation rather than the usual London hotel. Very handy for transport. Great place to meet friends & family then just wander upstairs to room afterwards. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Beautiful pub in the city. Newly renovated and very fresh and cheerful. Cheerful and helpful staff. Great garden courtyard and pub is convenient for eating and breakfast was very good. Wifi fast and reliable. Would appeal to the young and young at heart.
The new decor is fabulous, the rooms large and comfy and incredibly well designed. The staff are incredibly helpful - I've stayed twice and both times there have been teething problems with the new regime, but the staff have done all they can to remedy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful,The food was top quality and plenty full, we had dinner and a full english which was cooked individually none of this hanging around dried up greasy breakfast buffet style. I am staying again.
The bed was comfy.
Lovely cosy rooms, comfy beed, soundproof rooms, WIFI, Sky-TV, nice view, good location with three tube lines and many buses in close walking distance, all amenities plus good English breakfast in the very beautiful pub - perfect stay for me!.
The hotel was very stylish, but comfitable. Very welcoming and relaxed feeling beeing a bar/hotel. And the food was superb. After a busy day in London it was perfect to come back to have a drink and relax before going up to our lovely room.
Arriving late on a Monday evening, a quick check-in before finding a very comfortable room (#18). Heading down for dinner with a couple of beers in the pub style restaurant. Good night sleep thanks to sound proofing on the windows.
Nice cosy pub hotel with open fire, helpful staff, great choice for breakfast. Tasteful decoration and a nice outside area for summer or smoking. 5 mins walking to Hammersmith metro, would definately reccommend and stay again.
Stylish refurbished rooms with a lot of thought put into the design and layout. The rooms had an edgy designer feel to them. A lot of thought had gone into the fine details such as a cafetiere rather than instant coffee.
Hotel very accommodating with early check in where possible.
Great decor, modern, fresh and excellent value for money.
Lovely breakfast until 10.30am on weekend
Pub is beautiful, shabby chic decor with old charm.
The breakfasts were excellent, tasty and generous, bar snacks unusual and filling. Location is perfect for Earls Court and the centre too. Staff are friendly, helpful and work hard too!.
Good position for our trip to Olympia and a really nice area. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast, good food, bedroom comfortable, really nice atmosphere in the pub.
Second time I have stayed here and it never disappoints.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. While the restaurant provides excellent meals.
The room was quirky and very clean.
The hotel is situated very close to a tube stop making it very easy to get around London.
The staff were very helpful and professional.
Lovely rooms, very chic decor and everything we wanted for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast. Will be returning next year for accommodation during Olympia.
The staff were really friendly and the bar is a good for food and beer. It is familly friendly. Rooms are ok and its close to the tube station.
We loved the friendly staff. The location - just a short walk from the Apollo and Kings street whick we found had everything.
The new look to the hotel, we visited last year and the change is amazing. Will definitely be returning again Next Year.
We really liked the decoration. Very in keeping with the period of building, yet modern. Liked the outside space too.
Lovely old building with large windows overlooking a nice area.Great public bar and excellent choice for breakfast.
Nice and clean hotel room, good pub/restaurant downstairs and close to Hammersmith station. Will come back again!.
Fantastic room, very modern and up to date. Bar and restaurant were beautiful, hidden conservatory was gorgeous!.

quirkyness.
Location is very convenient if you are coming for the Fair in Olympia.
The room was spacious, the bed kings size extra, decor fab, clean.
location, easy to find
breakfast included in booking cost.
Room decor, staff, ambience, breakfast, speed of service.
it was all great .staff were all brill .food was good.
This is a little gem! So keep it under your hat!!.
Loved the decor, staff very freindly and helpful.
Only issue was getting our bags up the stairs, but the staff were very helpful which made it easier.
The room was a bit cold for my liking but nothing that a cardigan in bed wouldn't cure. It was noisy, being near a Police and Fire Station but you soon blocked that out and I had a fantastic night's sleep.
Ate in hotel on both nights - very limited veggie options on menu and on
the Sunday there was no veggie option for Sunday lunch - very short-
sighted by the owners. Not a problem for us but - if you have mobility
issues, this hotel is not for you.
The only thing I would change would be to have a tray for the coffee/tea facilities. That's it.
Very hard to carry suitcases up to 3rd floor. No lift.
Need to be fit or take your time to reach the top floor. But the staff carried up our bags. Thank you. In the end we got used to the steps and they added to the experience.
Shower didn't work.
Room was cold and noisy had sach windows with secondary glazing which rattled all night and did not hide traffic noise which was constent. All twin and doubles are at the front. I would not describe as a boutique hotel, needs a few more touches in rooms for that, it was almost sparce.
If you have trouble sleeping without complete darkness, there is a small green light on the ceiling that gives off light. It didn't bother me, but it did my sensitive sleeping freind. Otherwise nothing else to complain about at all !.
Hotel under renovation so the air-con wasn't working. This was explained to me at check-in but during some of the hottest weather it did make the room uncomfortable. I was assured the renovations were nearly completed.
We were on the third floor bedroom, quite a climb, not to be recommended if you are not fit.
The room was situated at the top of the building, too many stairs and no lift. However you certainly become fit by the end of your stay.
Its on a main road some may find it noisy but it did not bother me.
Leaving...
Nothing.
Was slightly pricey for the night we stayed but well worth every penny really. Also we did have faulty electrics which kept tripping out the whole room. But it was resolved very quickly by the receptionist.
Minor really.
No lift. Might be a problem for older people staying on the top floors.
Fairly busy street outside may annoy light sleepers but it is London after all.
Nothing.
The bathroom cleanliness - surface clean but more detailed attention required.
Can be noisy if your room is facing the main road
No room service available
No lift - can mean climbing 6 flights of stairs.
Nothing. Although we didn't eat there, we were a bit put off by the over meaty menu.
long wait for breakfast :-(.
The only negative, it was a hot evening and we had to have the windows open, the outside noise was very annoying with the emergency vehicle sirens going off several times during the night causing us a disturbed sleepless night.
Air con was broken, greek salad had wilted leaves.
all great.
Cost a fortune in taxi fairs when visiting central london.
