  The hotel room was very spacious and quiet.The hotel location was in a nice area and easy to get into Edinburgh by bus we were able to park our car in the grounds and leave it there during our stay.Good food ,friendly staff and a nice hotel with character.   Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comportable,great value for money, will be back next time I'm in Edinburgh - The staff were extremely friendly and my partner and I had a truly fantastic time. We will definitely be returning within the next 12 months
