  The hotel room was very spacious and quiet.The hotel location was in a nice area and easy to get into Edinburgh by bus we were able to park our car in the grounds and leave it there during our stay.Good food ,friendly staff and a nice hotel with character.   Irene and Bill were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful guides to a first time visitor to Edinburgh. The house was a beautiful older style house that was very well maintained. It was cosy and warm. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and although I didn't choose a cooked breakfast I could see other that guests did and it looked de... hva folk sier » licious. The tea/coffee making equipment was for a single guest but Irene happily provided extra for my son - a student in Edinburgh who left me back - The hotel is easy to drive to and parking was no problem. The owners are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. Really enjoyed the breakfast both food and the chat.

  Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comportable,great value for money, will be back next time I'm in Edinburgh - The staff were extremely friendly and my partner and I had a truly fantastic time. We will definitely be returning within the next 12 months
