  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Check in was straigh... hva folk sier » tforward and our family room, although not vast, was a decent size with two double beds and enough towels, toiletries and storage space for all. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone... hva folk sier » . - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

  Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. Good Recommendation for somewhere for us to get lunch in town, as we couldn't check in until later. Good sized room, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed, with the exception of it's size. Breakfast was also of very good quality. We will return.
