  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  Fantastic point if you manage to visit the most important turistic point of London in 2 days ( I did in one day ). A little far from the airport but it worthwhile. - location and style

  The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

  The Hotel was of a good clean standard with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very pleasant, clean and cheerful, not large but we have had smaller in London. The continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the Troy should raise
