On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).

Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. Though only booked a double ensuite, we were given a large family room with microwave/fridge etc., rather overwhelmed by large set of bunk beds which of course we did not need, but enjoyed the extra space and kitchen facilities. A bit of traffic noise as first floor at front of hotel, but the road is very quiet most of the night. The letsbookhotel.com price was very much reduced for our nights, so it seemed a bargain.Tiny shower room seemed very clean. Easy walk from Victoria.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
We would definately stay there again. - Check in was at Topham's Hotel several doors up the street, seemed to be much higher standard than the Mews down the road which had no staff presence.
